My average time to sell a house is 47 days on the market. I go out of my way to aggressively put together a plan to sell houses for clients. Not every house is the same, thus different houses call for different plans and strategies. I am a very detail oriented person which makes my success with buyers and sellers a plus. There are so many details that go along with buying or selling a home. Usually, finding a home is the easy part- getting it to closing takes lots of hard work.
